Why do I have to take a Style Quiz?
Each Little Birdie Box is curated specifically for each child. Our style quiz gives us the information our stylists need to ensure you receive the best selections for your little peep.
Do I have to retake the Style Quiz if shopping for multiple children?
Yes, because each box is specially curated for each child, we need a style quiz for every child you're shopping for. To do this,

Take your first style quiz, hit submit, and you will be taken to the Little Birdie Box product page.

Add your first Little Birdie Box to your cart, but do NOT go to your cart.

Click the Take Another Style button and complete your second style quiz.

Repeat these steps until you have completed each Style Quiz, and then proceed to checkout.
How many pieces of clothing are in each Little Birdie Box?
Once we receive the information we need from the style quiz, our team gets to work on selecting the best options for the box. We try to include an array of items to provide variety while sticking to the unique theme of the box. You can expect to receive 6-10 items depending on the thickness and overall size of the clothing pieces we select.
Can I ship Little Boxes to multiple addresses within one order?
Our website is unable to provide shipping to multiple addresses within one order. For example, if you are a grandmother shopping for three grandchildren at separate locations. You must complete three orders for each grandchild and provide the correct shipping address for each Little Birdie Box. We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope a solution becomes available shortly!
Can I ship multiple Little Birdie Boxes to the same address?
Yes, we can ship multiple Little Birdie Boxes to the same address within one order.
If I want to pick up my Little Box In-Store, when can I do that?
If you select In-Store pick up during checkout, you will receive an email when your Little Birdie Box is available to pick up. You can pick up your Little Birdie Box during store hours.
Monday- CLOSED
Tuesday through Friday- 12:00 to 5:00pm
Saturday- 11:00 to 3:00pm
Sunday- CLOSED
Can I refund or return my Little Birdie Box?
The Nest offers new and nearly new clothing for little peeps. Our missional goal is to repurpose clothing items so that they can be cherished again by a new family and child. We encourage all shoppers to pass along unwanted clothes or re-donate clothes back to The Nest. This method reduces waste and provides an opportunity to bless others with what you are unable to use.
Who can I send a Little Birdie Box to?
A Little Birdie Box is a perfect gift for any child from newborn to age 10! Whether you are a grandma/grandpa wanting to spoil your grandkids, a mother/father shopping for your little peeps, an aunt/uncle searching for a birthday present for a niece or nephew, or just a friend shopping for those special kiddos in your life!

Where do the clothes come from?
The Nest is a resale boutique. All of the items in our store have been generously donated by members of our community. So do not be surprised if the clothes inside your Little Birdie Box have been cherished and loved by a previous owner. Do not let this deter you. All donations go through a meticulous sorting process to ensure clothing items are free of stains, rips, or tears.
How far in advance do I need to order my Little Birdie Box for a special occasion?
We want to cater to all occasions as best we can. When you take our Style Quiz, you will see one of the questions asks if you have a preferred delivery date. Once you place your order, it takes us 1-3 business days to process, and shipping is another 1-3 days. So it is up to you to plan accordingly. We recommend In-Store pick-up if you have a last-minute order.
